Nicolas Sarkozy propose d’inclure le bonheur dans le système de mesure de la croissance.
Pour développer ce projet il s’est ainsi entouré de deux prix Nobel d’économie Joseph Stiglitz et Armatya Sen qui soulignaient de l’importance de mesurer la viabilité des ménages.
